Our Story, from the Founder
Now based in Washington DC, USA, MCG (McTaggart Consulting Group LLC) is my third company I have initiated providing professional management consulting services. Over the past 30 years I have worked in technical, management and leadership roles across Australia, Japan, Singapore, United Arab Emirates, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Canada and the USA across diverse industries.
Over the years I have refined my competencies to what I believe are most needed for medium to large corporations to systematically overcome their most difficult challenges in achieving growth in operating performance, organizational effectiveness and strategic goals. MCG Founder and Director
Glenn has over 30 years of technical, management and leadership experience across Australia, Singapore, Japan, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Canada and the USA. After eight years in mechanical engineering, Glenn’s focus shifted to management consulting into leading and designing and executing work primarily in nuclear energy, technology and government sectors. Glenn has also published articles and best practices in various forums on corporate operations, governance, business transformations, program / project / change / risk / benefits management and Program Management Offices (PMOs) to name a few.
Academically, Glenn started out in Mechanical Engineering and holds Master Degrees in both Business Administration (MBA) and Information Systems Management (MISM). Other training and certifications include Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Performance Improvement Coach, Root Cause Assessor and PMI Project Management Professional (PMP).
Glenn is a driven leader and mentor with proven ability in collaborating well with clients, and focusing teams on building high-quality products and measurable performance outcomes.
