CASE STUDY
This large Fortune100 technology provider had build a new Class-1 Data Center (DC) in eastern Singapore to meeting new stringent privacy and security laws. A significant amount of technology hardware and IT equipment was required to be relocated in the new DC as part of ongoing contractual agreements.

The Result
We partnered with the nine client liaison leaders to collaboratively develop meticulous transition plans that encompassed hardware upgrades, relocation standards, risk, issues, communications, shut-down and start-up sequencing plans and agile schedules for each.
After some initial discomfort with clients, we were able to highlight the significant advantages and cost-savings of moving to the new location. This resulted in no client loss and higher revenue for the Fortune100 provider with the increased technology footprint.
